Does Receiving a Notice of Eviction Mean I Cannot Get an Apartment Anywhere Else?

Getting evicted doesn't mean you can't get an apartment elsewhere. However, it does mean you will have to try harder than other applicants to find a suitable place to live. Do not expect landlords and property managers to rent to you with open arms.
